Testimonials

  • I have nothing but great things to say about my stay here. I have been very well taken care of and the care and the attention to detail has been nothing short of outstanding. It’s been a long road to recovery but the staff here at AGAPE have made it so much better. I’m thankful every day that God blessed me the opportunity to come here and be treated by the best and for that I am grateful. - Donald M.
  • My son Daniel suffered a traumatic brain injury in Portland Oregon in 2015. It wasn't until June of 2016, after his cranial reconstruction surgery, that we were able to bring him to California to be close to friends and family for the long road to recovery ahead of him. Thank God for Agape Congregate Living, which opened their doors and hearts to Daniel! Their immaculate, cozy care facility and trained, caring staff provided the excellent type of care that is so hard to find for loved ones with special needs. While there, Daniel thrived and made great improvements and I felt reassured, knowing that he was in such kind and capable hands. - Virginia Rayne
  • My family and I never heard of a ‘congregate living facility’ until we found Agape in Placentia. It is one of the best-hidden secrets in healthcare. The capabilities of Agape is similar to a sub-acute facility but with more desirable care. Because there are fewer patients, the one-to-one care is very personalized and tailored to each patient. The facility itself is very clean and well kept. Each room is private, which helps promote that healing-therapeutic environment for each patient. The staff is unbelievably kind and compassionate as well as competent and professional.
Unfortunately, my father has a debilitating diagnosis, requiring total care and supervision. He is on a ventilator and feed percutaneously. Within the last four years we have been to countless facilities of all levels of care. He has been at Agape for almost two months now and I can honestly say, Agape has done more for my family than any other facility has offered. Agape feels more like a home for my dad rather than a nursing facility. The staff doesn’t just see him as a patient but as a father, a husband, and a friend.

Finding Agape for my dad has been the biggest blessing my family could ask for. We have constant piece- of- mind, knowing he is well cared for at all hours of the day. - Nichole Rogers
